instructions...

1. load Tactical Ops
2. push the @ key.
3. type 'preferences' (without the ')
4. click the little plus thing next to ADVANCED to expand the list
5. Go down to RAW KEY BINDINGS
6. the list is alphabetical...so use your head. i've named everything as it is in this menu. 
   so Up comes under U.
7. just copy the bits AFTER the second =. e.g. "s_kAmmoAuto 333 | s_kAmmoAuto 304" or "speech 2 3 -1"
8.when done, just close the little window and you're set.

These binds, me(andy_) Paul and ade sat down and talked over. We THINK we've gotten everything that would come in handy
and tried to make these things as easy to remember as possible. Any problems ask me. andy_ that is. 

In the case of the Upbind ( moveforward | moveforward ). I'll explain. in rapids, you see people swimming up the waterfalls.
Well that how its done. Before you guys go mental its not against the rules and it **IS** allowed. Thought it might come in 
handy tis all ;)

Ok so first, you need to change some things:

1. F8, this has to be changed to EndFullScreen. The original should be in the F10,11,12 keys.
2. PrintScrn chage that to ScreenShot, logical place to put it really.
3. F7 change this to Brightness.

the above will empty out F12, 11 and F10. As for the numpad ALL of it is currently use. niether ade, paul or I have EVER used 
them, so we thought that they couldn't be too important. We deleted them.
