Software feedback

Hi there. You're probably looking at this page because you've come into contact with some of my software. I'd very much appreciate it if you would take a minute to fill out this form based on your experiences with it.

One of the big problems with free software development is the lack of detailed feedback from a first-time user's perspective. Generally, proper user testing is outside the budget (with both money and time) of most free software developers. If people don't provide developers with information on why they couldn't get started with software, or why they left it, or why it didn't work, these things will persist. If people (like you!) tell us what goes wrong, or what they were lost by, or that it wouldn't compile, we can do something about it, like fix bugs, write documentation for what people are stuck on, correct configure scripts, etc, etc. Thanks.
